7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories (if applicable).

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

• Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, ZAYLO BAZAR will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
